Who we are
SRENCE Real Estate is an owner-operated company involved in the development of residential and commercial properties and real estate investments across Germany and in major European cities. Our aim is to generate attractive returns for investors as well as to build high quality and sustainable living spaces for the future.
In the next 4 to 5 years, we aim to increase our real estate assets with the support of our capital investors and stakeholders to a volume of around EUR 1.7 billion and thus become one of the leading project developers in Germany.

Management
CEO
Samuel Lawrence is the founder of SRENCE Real Estate GmbH. The company he established in 2023.
He has up to 10 years of experience in the financial industry.
Over the years, Samuel has worked at a Global Investment Bank firm in London where he gained vast experience in Commercial Real Estate CRE finance Modelling before he co-founded FirstStein Corporate Finance in 2015 in Germany.
In addition, through his experience as Corporate Finance analyst, he has an in-dept knowledge of LBO, Private Equity and Commercial Real Estate CRE investments strategy and modelling.
Samuel studied Industrial and Production Engineering at the Nigeria´s Premier University and holds a degree in International Business Management in Germany. He is fluent in English, German and Yoruba.
